Working as a BREEAM expert, I work in the design, construction and in-use phases, helping projects to achieve measurable environmental performance in categories such as energy, water, materials and wellbeing. My role focuses on guiding design teams, preparing documentation and facilitating certification processes.
Within the BREEAM certification standard, I have contributed to the certification of new and existing buildings, working in all areas of the certification process, from the review of buildings to the tasks as Assessor, which has allowed me to obtain the BREEAM AP certification and to consider myself as an expert in the certification, so my short-medium term goals are to obtain the BREEAM NC Assessor and BREEAM In-Use Assessor certifications.
